Cuttack, Jan 18: Fire services wing, Barang has recovered a newborn baby that was left abandoned at the Naraj barrage in Cuttack on Sunday.
After picking up the newborn from the spot, the saviors have rushed it to the hospital for medical examinations.
According to reports, locals spotted something odd, wrapped up with a towel under the Naraj barrage in the morning. When enthusiast unveiled the pack, they found a newborn inside it and informed fire services officials in this connection.
A team of Barang Fire Services wing rushed to the spot and recovered the baby from the spot.
