Mumbai, Dec 17: The much-awaited teaser of Border 2, the sequel to J.P. Dutta’s iconic 1997 war filmBorder, has finally been unveiled. Released on Vijay Diwas, December 16, the teaser pays tribute to India’s victory in the 1971 Indo-Pak war and has already generated excitement among viewers.
Directed by Anurag Singh,Border 2 brings back Sunny Deol in a prominent role, along with a fresh generation of stars including Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty. The teaser, which was launched at a grand event in Mumbai, has been praised for its epic scale, action sequences, and emotional depth.
The teaser opens with intense visuals from the 1971 war, as Sunny Deol’s commanding voice echoes across the battlefield. Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty are shown defending India's borders across land, air, and sea.
