Bhubaneswar, Dec 1: The Bishwa Odia Parivar is going to organise an Odia Food Exhibition from December 23 to 29. The exhibition will showcase authentic Odia traditional cuisines, providing a platform to celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Odisha.
The exhibition will feature a wide variety of traditional Odia dishes, prepared using time-honoured recipes that highlight the unique flavours and ingredients native to Odisha. The event will be held at Padia, where food enthusiasts can indulge in a journey of taste and tradition.
During the exhibition, awards will be presented to the best participants, recognizing their contribution to preserving and promoting Odia culinary art. Every evening, cultural performances will be held to complement the theme of the exhibition, offering a complete cultural experience for the visitors.
The exhibition’s overall coordination and management will be overseen by former MLA Priyadarshi Mishra and BJP senior leader Jagannath Pradhan, ensuring smooth execution and the successful organization of the event.
