Sonepur, Oct 15: In a tragic incident, three pilgrims from Odisha lost their lives, and another sustained critical injuries in a road accident near Katra on Tuesday.

The victims, all residents of the Tarbha area in Sonepur district, Odisha, had been on a pilgrimage to Vaishno Devi. While returning from their religious journey, their auto-rickshaw collided with a bus near Katra, resulting in the fatal accident.

The identities of the deceased and the injured have not been disclosed, and more details are awaited. Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
