Bengaluru, December 6: In response to the widespread cancellations of IndiGo flights, the South Western Railway (SWR) has announced the operation of special trains to assist passengers left stranded across the country. The initiative, coordinated with the Central, South Eastern, and Southern Railways, aims to address the surge in demand for transport.
The special services will run from December 6 to December 10, covering high-demand routes such as Bengaluru–Chennai, Bengaluru–Pune, Yesvantpur–Hazrat Nizamuddin, Shalimar–Yelahanka, and Ernakulam–Yelahanka.
