Delhi, Nov 12: While, terrorism across the world is almost on the rise by some terrorist outfits backed by religious intolerance, the involvement of the qualified youths has now doubled the concern for mankind.

Such revelations had though come up earlier in the Parliament and 26.11 Mumbai attack, a ‘White-Collar Terror Module’ is said to be the vital force behind the Red Fort attack that shook the Delhi Metro on Monday.

It has emerged in the investigation of yesterday’s Delhi explosion, carried out by the national investigation agencies.

Security agencies have uncovered that the network, stretching from Kashmir to Faridabad, was formed by at least five learned doctors who were working with a number of repute healthcare institutions in the nation.

The key suspect, Dr. Umar Mohammad, a professor at Al-Falah Medical College in Faridabad and a native of Pulwama, is believed to have masterminded the operation.

Other accused — Dr. Adil, Dr. Muzammil, Dr. Mayuddin, and Dr. Sahil — were part of a tightly knit cell with suspected ISI and Jaish-e-Mohammad links. Large quantities of explosives, rifles, and ammonium nitrate were seized from their residences and vehicles during raids across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Gujarat.

On the fateful Monday, CCTV footage reportedly shows Dr Umar driving the I-20 car used in the Delhi blast. His mutilated body was found at the site, and reports suggest he personally designed the attack blueprint fearing interceptions.

Officials say this new ‘white-collar terror’ ecosystem represents a dangerous evolution — where professionals transform themselves to intelligent terrorists, being swept away by social & religious instinct, utilizing their expertise.

However, DNA tests have been conducted to confirm Umar’s identity. Meanwhile his mother and brother are under custody for further inputs on the deceased terrorist doctor.

Security agencies are now examining whether Pakistan’s ISI or some Dubai-based operatives had orchestrated this learned chain of terrorist, for a tit for tat to India following the wrath of Operation Sindoor, with hatching a Mumbai-like cataclysm in India’s national capital.
