Bhubaneswar, Feb 7: The Bhubaneswar Met office has forecasted rain and strong wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph for 11 districts in the state. Light to moderate rainfall along with lightning and thunderstorm will occur in several districts in the next 24 hours, said Bhubaneswar Met office duty officer Charan Behera on Friday. Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Khordha, Puri and Nayagarh districts will witness such weather conditions. Heavy rain is likely to lash costal districts of Jagatsinghpur, Ganjam and Puri. Yellow warning has been issued for six districts – Angul, Dhenkanal, Sambalpur, Deogarh and Keonjhar.
