Bhubaneswar, November 4: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, has announced an extension of the enrollment deadline for the Annual Plus Two Examination 2026, in light of the disruptions caused by Cyclone Montha and the resulting holidays in several districts.

In an official notification sent to all CHSE-affiliated higher secondary schools, the council stated that regular students and ex-regular students can now complete their enrollment and form fill-up without a fine until November 11, 2025.

For those who miss the final deadline, a late fee will be applicable: ₹200 between November 13 and November 18, and ₹600 from November 19 to November 21, 2025.

The CHSE has instructed all institutions to ensure that the examination fees are paid through SBI Collect within the prescribed timeframes.

The revised timeline applies to students across all streams—Arts, Commerce, Science, and Vocational—as well as those enrolled in correspondence courses.

This extension provides much-needed relief to students whose education and administrative processes were disrupted by the cyclone.
