New Delhi, March 7: In a bid to accommodate cricket fans heading to the T20 World Cup final, Northern Railway has announced the operation of a special train from New Delhi to Ahmedabad this Saturday at 11:45 PM.

Himanshu Upadhyay, Chief Public Relations Officer of Northern Railway, stated that the decision to run the special train comes in response to soaring flight ticket prices and a shortage of available train tickets, as more and more passengers seek travel options to Ahmedabad.

"The 19-coach special train, featuring both AC II and AC III classes, will depart from New Delhi at 11:45 PM tonight, reaching Sabarmati at 2:30 PM tomorrow. The train will pass through key stations such as Delhi Cantt, Gurugram, and Jaipur on its way," Upadhyay confirmed.

This service is set to provide convenient travel for cricket lovers eager to witness the much-anticipated T20 World Cup final.
