Rayagada, Feb 7: Hand written anti-Maoist posters surfaced at various parts of Niyamgiri hills in the district on Friday. The posters were released by Dangriya Kandha Surakshya Manch. The Manch, via the posters, condemned the violent activities of Maoists and urged them to stop unleashing violence and threatening youths. The Manch also questioned the credibility of the red rebels and asked when the developmental works and road constructions will start. Who has asked the Maoists to torch vehicles used in road construction works, the Manch questioned. It also appealed the red rebels to cooperate with Dangriya Kandha Surakshya Manch to implement various developmental projects in the area. Earlier this week, the Manch had put up posters in the area appealing the red rebels to stop unleashing violence and cooperate in developmental works in the area.
