New Delhi: The wait is finally over for hundreds of aspirants aiming for India's top administrative posts. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially activated the download link for the UPSC Civil Services 2025 Interview e-summon letters. Candidates who have qualified for this final stage—commonly known as the Personality Test—can now obtain their admit cards directly from the official portal, upsc.gov.in.

This crucial phase marks the last hurdle in the selection process. According to the official notification, the interview rounds commence today, December 8, 2025, and will run through December 19, 2025. A select group of 649 candidates has been shortlisted to appear before the board at the UPSC office in New Delhi during this period.

  • Forenoon Session: Candidates must report by 09:00 AM.
  • Afternoon Session: Candidates must report by 01:00 PM.

It is mandatory to carry a hard copy of the e-summon letter along with original documents and their photocopies for verification purposes.

Travel Reimbursement for Candidates

To support aspirants travelling from different parts of the country, including those from Odisha, the UPSC offers a travel allowance. Candidates attending the Personality Test are eligible for reimbursement of train fares. This applies to Second Class or Sleeper Class Mail/Express tickets. Aspirants must keep their physical tickets safe to claim this amount as per the website's guidelines.

As the interviews begin, Prameya News wishes all candidates the very best for this final step toward a career in public service.
