New Delhi, Nov 12: While, a red alert has been flagged in the Delhi City following the Red Fort blast, the UK on Wednesday issued a specially Travel Advisory for Its Citizens, flying for India, in view of it.

The state authorities have asked its citizen leaving for India, to seek essential assistance from the local admins, at need.

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) has advised its nationals in Delhi to follow the guidance of local authorities.

"There has been an explosion at the Red Fort (Lal Qila) Metro Station, New Delhi. If you're in the immediate area, follow the advice of the local authorities and monitor local media," reads the FCDO update.
