Youth goes missing, shoes left near village pond in Jagatsinghpur

Jagatsinghpur, Oct 19: A youth has gone missing after he left for a feast with his friends since Monday. The incident came to the fore in Badabaga village under Jagatsinghpur Sadar police limit.One Ramachandra Sahu of the village has not returned to his home since last two days. Sources said, Sahu with some of his friends went out for a feast near the village. However, he did not come back home till late night. Getting him nowhere after a tiring search, his parents lodged a missing entry with Jagatsinghpur police. Meanwhile, Ramachandra's pair of shoes were spotted by the locals near the village pond. Subsequently, the family members lodged a complaint with police smelling a foul play behind his son’s missing. Acting on it, police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. At the same time, two suspected have been detained in this connection.
