Woman devotee misbehaved by police in front of Sri Jagannath temple Singhadwar!

{"id":20862,"sizeSlug":"large"} Puri, 23/11: A woman devotee was allegedly misbehaved in front of the Singhadwar (main entrance) of Sri Jagannath temple in Puri. A video has gone viral in which the woman devotee was being misbehaved by the police. The video clippings belonged to the period Baikuntha Chaturdasi on the night before Kartik Purnima. This has triggered sharp resentment among the devotees. The video revealed that some women devotees were trying to proceed on the long queue in front of Singhadwar. Though women police personnel were deployed there, a male police was seen entering the crowd and misbehaving with the woman devotee. It was seen from the video clippings that the woman devotee was being dragged by a male police and she was sitting down resisting the move. The policeman was beating her up, as revealed from the video. Another woman was heard raising loud protest against this alleged act.
