New Delhi, Dec 2: Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal on Thursday said without the Congress, the UPA will be a body without a soul. His statement comes a day after West Bengal chief minister and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee said There is no United Progressive Alliance (UPA) now. “What is UPA? There is no UPA,” the Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief said after a meeting with Pawar on Wednesday.
