Week-long NCC camp concludes at SOA

Bhubaneswar, Mar 25: A week-long Combined Annual Training Camp of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) for preparing cadets for ‘B’ and ‘C’ certificate examination was conducted at the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), faculty of engineering and technology of SOA, concluded on Sunday. Around 70 senior division cadets representing three engineering colleges, ITER, C.V. Raman College of Engineering and Technology and Aryan College of Engineering and Technology, attended the camp while observing the Covid-19 guidelines. The camp was held under the supervision of Col. A.B.Padhi, Officer Commanding of 4(O) CTC NCC, Cuttack with the assistance of Lt. (Dr.) Sachidananda Sahoo, NCC Officer at ITER and Lt. Rudra Prasad Nanda, NCC Officer at Aryan College of Engineering and Technology. The cadets were imparted instruction in various areas including physical training, map reading and weapon training.
