Bhubaneswar, June 23: Odisha Real Estate Appellate Tribunal today launched its newly designed and developed official website- www.oreat.nic.in. This website has been launched to create a utilitarian and user-friendly browsing for the litigants, advocates, builders, promoters, real estate agents and developers, home buyers and the general public at large. The website was inaugurated today by Justice S.C Parija, Chairperson of Odisha Real Estate Appellate Tribunal through virtual mode. The Housing and Urban Development department through its Odisha Urban Housing Missions (OUHM) has provided all the administrative, financial and logistic supports for development, hosting and maintenance of the website of the tribunal in the public interest. NIC, Bhubaneswar has made remarkable efforts in designing and developing this website with promptitude, within a period of six months, taking all established security measures, in spite of the restrictions of lockdown and shutdown during the period of Covid-19 pandemic. “We hope that the website would definitely be helpful and beneficial to the litigants, lawyers as well as general public at large as it aims to provide better access to almost all the useful and important information relating to the tribunal including orders, judgments and case status. The tribunal has also envisioned integrating with the website the Case Information System (CIS) and SMS services very soon,” said an official. .
