Bhubaneswar: Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu will arrive here on December 27(Friday) on a one-day visit to Odisha. He will inaugurate an LPG bottling plant of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited at Barkani village in Bolangir district.
The BPCL officials today in a press meet informed about the visit of Vice President to state.
As many as 14 districts of Western Odisha will be benefited from this plant as it can package 42 lakh cylinders annually, also opening new sources of employability in the area,” said BPCL officials.
Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, and Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan are also scheduled to attend the special event.
The Vice President will also be attending the platinum jubilee function of Rajendra College in Balangir as the Chief Guest on the very day.
