Two more test positive for Covid-19 from Puri Ratha Khala, tally reaches 20

Puri, May 22: At least two more servitors engaged at chariot construction yard (Ratha Khala) tested positive for Covid-19 on Saturday, taking to the total number of servitors suffering from Covid-19 to 20. Of them, one is Maharana and the rest is a Bhoi servitor. Besides, 10 more servitors tested positive for Covid-19 on Friday. As many as 79 servitors are engaged in construction of Raths. Of them, 30 each in Maharana and Bhoi, four are Karati , 12 are Kamara and rest three are sahayak servitors. Bio-bubble at Ratha Khala has been created to save the carpenters engaged in chariot making from getting infected with coronavirus. Moreover, first dose has been given to them. Isolation facilities have also been provided to them. Of them, 20 tested positive for Covid-19. Proper care has been taken and servitors are under medical surveillance.
