Nuapada, June 14: In a tragic road accident, two people lost their lives after a truck collided with a motorcycle on National Highway 353 near Daladali village in Odisha’s Nuapada district.
According to reports, the victims, identified as Khyama Dharua and Puran Dharua of Dianmunda village were traveling on a bike when a speeding truck rammed into them.
The impact of the collision caused the duo to fall off the bike, resulting in their death on the spot. Following the accident, the truck driver fled the scene.
Lakhana police have launched an investigation into the incident.
