Bhubaneswar, July 3: Twin-city auto drivers association on Sunday raised objection over promoting Tunguru Bhol, the driver who has been a talk of the town after being a paramour of a woman. The chairperson of the association Dinabandhu Nayak said that Tunguru Bhola has defamed the auto drivers community after allegedly luring a married woman for extramarital affairs after carrying her in his auto-rickshaw. Following the this, customers hesitate to hire online cabs anticipating such moral misconduct. However, the auto drivers are undertaking various welfare works for the community including blood donation, escorting distressed ones to hospital freely among other social services. Reacting over the promotion of Tunguru Bhola, Nayak said that some album producers and the MP3 makers have released some objectionable songs and jingles on Tunguru which hamper the business of the auto owners. Thus, Nayak has appealed the producers not to publicize the immoral songs in the public domains and on social media. At the same time, he has demanded arrest of Tunguru and his lovebird in this connection.
