Bhubaneswar: In a tragic mishap, a woman was killed as a car ran over her at Naka gate near Khandagiri in the city this morning.

Tension prevailed in the area as locals blocked the road, demanding action against the car driver and adequate compensation forvthe deceased’s family.

Police have reached the spot and started investigation.
