Mumbai, Jan 07: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Friday said its Board will consider a share buyback proposal on January 12. TCS’ Board of Directors will consider a proposal for buyback of equity shares of the company, at its meeting to be held on January 12, a regulatory filing said. The last buyback by the company was opened on December 18, 2020. "Pursuant to Regulation 29(1 )(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors will consider a proposal for buyback of equity shares of the Company, at its meeting to be held on January 12, 2022," TCS said in a filing. The Board will also approve and take on record the financial results of the company for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021.
