Tapaswini gets justice: Sumit to move Orissa High Court

Berhampur, Jan 4: The marital dispute between Tapswini and Sumit has taken a new turn on Tuesday. When the District Judge, Ganjam has asked the couple to live together, Sumit is getting ready to move the Orissa High Court challenging today’s order. Sumit has informed the media that, he will never allow Tapaswini to stay with his family. He will appeal against the District Court’s order passed on Tuesday, in the Orissa High Court. He will pray the High Court to revamp the lower Court’s order in his petition, he said. In a spectacular hearing on Tapaswini-Sumit marital discord, the District Judge Court on Tuesday directed that Tapaswini Dash will stay with Sumit Sahu at his Brahmanagar residence. The court also asked Sumit to pay Rs 17,000 monthly towards her expenses and to maintain peace while staying together.
