Bhubaneswar: All the six Sundargarh labourers, who had been kept hostage in a brick kiln in Andhra Pradesh’s Vizianagaram, have been rescued, according to reports. .
A four-member team led by DSP Damodar Majhi had gone to Vizianagaram yesterday and rescued tha labourers with help of loval police.
The Odia labourers were forcibly employed in the brick kiln and were not being paid. On the complaints of family members, the Sundargarh district administration took steps and rescued them.
