Cuttack, Jan 8: A student of Class X of Badambadi New Colony high school has been exempted from appearing the summative examination. Acting on the complaint of the guardian, Cuttack Collector has issued show-cause notice to the concerned Headmistress. According to the complaint of the guardian, Deepak Mohanty, a student of Class X had been to Ranihat High School Centre to appear his first-day summative exam. However, he was not admitted to the examination hall since he had missed his admit card elsewhere. The Headmistress of the Ranihat High School denied his access despite the Badambadi high school teacher formally approving the identification of the examinee. Following this, Deepak’s father lodged a complaint with the Collector and appealed to reassure his kid’s lapsed test.
