Bhubaneswar, Sep 30: Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha police arrested the main absconding drug peddler in connection with 1050 grams brown sugar seizure case. The drug peddler has been identified as Dipak Kumar Nayak alias Raja of New Kalipani under the Jajpur district. He was staying in the Forest park area of Bhubaneswar. Notably, a team of STF with the help of Khordha police conducted a raid on Sundarpada- Jatni road under Airfield police limits and apprehended one drug peddler Umesh Behera on Tuesday. The STF sleuths had seized more than 1 kg of contraband and one Honda Amaze car from his possession. The main accused, Dipak absconded from the spot. The accused has been arrested and will be forwarded to the court of District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bhubaneswar today.
