Bhubaneswar, January 2: The Commissionerate Police on Thursday busted a fake cement manufacturing unit in the Tankapani road area in Bhunbaneswar.

With tip-off regarding the illegal business, the Badagada police conducted a raid and seized a huge cache of counterfeit cement being peddled as branded one.

During the raid, the police forces dismantled the factory for good.

According to report, the illegal cement unit was operating since years where substandard cement powder was being  seal packed with some genuine brands.
