Special NDPS Court extends judicial custody of Aryan Khan till October 30

Mumbai, Oct 21: The Special NDPS Court in Mumbai on Thursday extended judicial custody of Aryan Khan and others till October 30 in the drugs on cruise case. Earlier today, the Bombay High Court said that it would hear the bail plea filed by Aryan Khan, son of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, on October 26. Aryan Khan’s advocate Satish Maneshinde presented the matter before a single bench of Justice N W Sambre, seeking urgent hearing on Friday. However, Justice Sambre decided to take up the matter for hearing on October 26. Notably, the Special NDPS Court rejected the bail plea filed by Aryan Khan on Wednesday. Challenging court’s decision Aryan Khan moved to the Bombay High Court on Wednesday evening.
