Bhubaneswar,Aug 18: Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University(SoA) is going to sponsor for Lord Lingaraj’s new palanquin. Besides, the varsity will fetch attractive Prabha made out of silver and biman to the Lingaraj temple in order to provide a new look to all festivals of the shrine. Seeing, the antique and poor condition of the divine carriers, SoA had put forth a proposal before the Lingaraj Temple Administration for sponsoring new ones. Meanwhile, the temple authorities welcomed it and approved the proposal unanimously on Monday. Taking it an opportunity, the SoA authorities are almost set to order the best architect and sculptor for crafting the outfits of Lord Lingaraj. On the other hand, the temple authorities applauded the noble venture of the SoA authorities who benevolently came forward to add new feathers to the rituals of Lord Lingaraj.
