Bhubaneswar: The Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University will be hosting the 26th National Children’s Science Congress (NCSC) on its campus between December 27 and 31 this year. The event supported by National Council for Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC) is organised at the SOA with the support of the State Government.
Development Commissioner R Balkrishnan today took stock of the preparations with all stakeholders.
Around 800 children in the age group of 10 to 17, including those who were out of schools or are differently-abled, will attend the event.
The Science Congress is being organised in Odisha for the second after 13 years. The National Children’s Science Congress is organized every year with the objective of providing a forum to children to give vent to their creativity and ability to innovate.
