Six persons feared drowned in river in Ganjam

Ganjam: At least six persons, including four of a family have gone missing after their house swept away by flood waters on the bank of Adangi river at Bhutapankala village under Gajalbadi panchayat of Bhanjanagar sub-division in Ganjam district here.
Sources said that all of them had taken shelter on the rooftop of the house as the water level increased in the river due to the incessant rain caused by cyclonic storm Titli.
Meanwhile, the Fire Service personnel have launched an operation to rescue them.
