Baripada, Oct 28: The Similipal National Park in Mayurbhanj district will reopen for tourists from November 1, said order issued by the field director of the tiger reserve.
All activities in the park would be carried out adhering to COVID-19 guidelines.
A maximum of 35 four-wheelers carrying visitors will be allowed entry after getting necessary permit at Jashipur entry point, while 25 vehicles would get the permit at Pithabata entry point for carrying tourists into the reserve.

Worth mentioning, the national park was closed on June 15 every year due to the rainy season and it opens on the first of November.
