Nayak stated that although there were initial differences among shopkeepers, those issues have now been resolved. "Allotment will be carried out transparently through a lottery. Shopkeepers who operated at the old bus stand will also be accommodated in the new terminal," he added. The selection process for the allotment has already been completed.

The terminal boasts nearly one lakh square meters of commercial space. While a dormitory facility was part of the original project plan, it has not yet been implemented. However, authorities have assured that dormitory construction will begin soon.

An agency has been appointed to undertake the development work at a rate of ₹52 per square meter. The work order for the project will be issued shortly. Structural modifications are also expected as part of the redevelopment.

Responsibility for any broken doors or damaged infrastructure will lie with the respective agency handling the renovation. Officials emphasized that all planned amenities and passenger facilities will be made available as envisioned in the initial blueprint, ensuring a hassle-free experience for commuters and vendors alike.
