Bhubaneswar, Feb 6: The Odisha government today announced that the physical mode of teaching for Class I to VIII students in schools will resume soon.
School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash informed that the SOPs for the reopening of the school is in progress and the decision regarding the reopening of will be taken at an appropriate time.
Worth mentioning, the classes for Class IX and XI students of Odisha will begin from February 8. The regular classes of Class IX and XI will be held from February 8 to April 30, the School and Mass Education Department said in a notification.
Notably, after nine months, the schools for Classes X and XII students reopened across the state on January 8 following the COVID-19 guidelines.
