Samaleswari Temple to remain closed for devotees till June 17

Sambalpur, May 31: The Samaleswari Temple Trust Board today announced that the temple will remain closed from June 1 till June 17 during lockdown, keeping in view the rise in Covid-19 cases in the district. However, all daily rituals will continue as usual with help of servitors and temple officials, Samaleswari Temple Trust Board president Sanjay Kumar Babu informed. Notably, the state government extended the lockdown from May 31 to June 17 due to whopping numbers of Covid-19 virus in the state.
