Founded by Saroja Choudhury, a common home maker, it bags recognitions from the Governor to the Gajapati Maharaja serving its appetizing country-made and overseas dishes.
Rosy’s Kitchen is a dream project of Saroja Choudhury(52),who lives at Samant Vihar ,Bhubaneswar. Once upon a time, Saroja got humiliated by her in-laws for her poor cooking. Her mother-in-law bitterly criticised her after finding less competent at kitchen.
However, the critical satire of in-laws inspired her to cook delicious. Meanwhile, she followed literatures on recipes and tried them in the kitchen. Her relentless endeavour made her a successful house wife to serve favourite dishes for the family.
In the year 2012, in order to cook in an organised manner, Saroja started a small venture named Rosy’s kitchen near her residence at Samant Vihar. She started exchanging her own cultured recipes commercially with the immediate neighbours and community. Her husband Dillip, daughters Tulashi and Tapashi extended their support towards her.
This miniature eatery became very popular in the city when orders in bulks came for various social functions. At the same time, she got many recognitions from individuals and institutions.
As of now, Rosy’s kitchen is a brand franchise for the suburban and the cosmopolitan with the flavour of its wide range of food courts. It serves a number of Odishi recipes both online and offline along with a wide variety of Indian sweets, deserts and starters.
Its novel kinds and aromatic dishes have caught a good number of potential customers far and wide.
The Governor Odisha and Gajapati Maharaja,Puri have been pleased with the typically exotic pudding prepared by Rosy’s Kitchen served as per their order.
