Mayurbhanj, Jan 4: A biker has died and three others have been critical after a truck tossed two bikes in Mayurbhanj on Tuesday. Sources said, two bikes with six riders were passing the Maharddapalasa square on NH 220. Meanwhile, an unidentified lorry tossed them from the front. As a result, six riders were violently thrown onto the blacktop and sustained critical injuries. However, one died on the spot after a while. Being informed, police and fire brigades ran to the spot and initiated rescued operation. The injured ones were rushed to Karanjia hospital for treatment. Later, the police seized the body, sent it for an autopsy, and carried other legal formalities.
