Ranveer Singh revels the release date of his movie in a quirky and fun video

Mumbai, Mar 03: After 83, Ranveer Singh is all set to return to the cinema halls again to entertain us with Jayeshbhai Jordaar. This movie has been one of the most anticipated and fans of the actor had been waiting for its release. Now, finally, the Bajirao Mastani actor has revealed the release date of his movie, in a quirky and fun video. The movie is scheduled to hit the theatres on May 13th, this year. Sharing the special announcement video on social media, Ranveer captioned it as: “Naam hai JAYESHBHAI…Aur kaam hai JORDAAR !!! Chegg out the date announcement video Celebrate #JayeshbhaiJordaar with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 13th May.” Ranveer Singh is all set to add a Gujarati tadka to his career with Jayeshbhai Jordaar. The movie is about a man who believes in equal rights between males and females in the society. The Band Baaja Baaraat actor’s first look was released on 4 December 2019. he film is directed by debutante Divyan Thakkar and produced by Aditya Chopra and Maneesh Sharma under Yash Raj Film. Now, after announcing the release date, fans can surely expect the announcement of Jayeshbhai Jordaar’s trailer soon. Earlier, it was slated to release on February 25 this year. Talking about his character, Ranveer said in a statement, “As Charlie Chaplin once said, ‘To truly laugh, you must be able to take your pain, and play with it!’. Jayeshbhai is an unlikely hero, an ordinary man, who ends up doing something extraordinary when he’s hurled into a threatening situation. Jayeshbhai is sensitive and compassionate. He believes in equal rights between men and women in a society that is deeply rooted in patriarchal ideals, practices and doctrines.” The movie will also mark the Bollywood debut of Arjun Reddy actress Shalini Pandey. It also stars Boman Irani, Ratna Pathak Shah and Deeksha Joshi in supporting roles
