Railway Minister expresses grief over Guwahati-Bikaner Express accident

New Delhi, Jan 13: Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has expressed grief over the Bikaner - Guwahati Express accident in West Bengal. Condoling the tragic death of the three passengers due to derailing of the express, Vaishnaw said that it was an unfortunate accident. “I am personally looking after the rescue operation which is going on at the spot”, he added through his official Twitter. He also said that he has appraised the matter to the Prime Minister at the earliest in order to expedite rescue and treatment of the injured ones.
