Puri, Dec 6: Puri SP Kanwar Vishal Singh today launched 24×7 5T call centre – 7653891930 to address grievances of people.
Police said that WhatsApp and call facilities are also available on this number.” Any grievance lodged / sent on WhatsApp will be responded to and complainant contacted as soon as possible. Grievances will be communicated to SP within 24 hours for initiation of due enquiry,” said an official.
Besides a reception centre has been established in DPO, Puri which will be attended to by female staff from 10AM till office hours (6PM). DSP HRPC Manobrata Sathpathy will act as nodal officer for grievance redressal while she will be assisted by Inspector HRPC who will act as first responder to all grievances coming to DPO or lodged at 5T call centre number. DSP HRPC has also been entrusted with the job of monitoring that all grievances are disposed off logically and timely.
