Proper implementation of MPLAD fund is my priority, says Aparajita

Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi today said that she will hold discussion with district Collector for proper implementation of MP Local Area Fund (MPLAD). Sarangi, who arrived here after participating in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony in New Delhi, said that she has entered politics to serve people. “My only aim is to serve people. I will hold talks with district Collector for proper execution of MPLAD funds,” said Sarangi to media persons. She said she will visit each and every wards and villages to express gratitude for electing her. She defeated former Mumbai police commissioner Arup Patnaik (BJD) by a margin of over 24,000 votes. Ahead of the 2019 general and Assembly elections, Aparajita, a 1994-batch Odisha cadre IAS officer joined the BJP after taking voluntarily retirement scheme (VRS) sacrificing 11 years of service.
