The newly constructed judicial complex, featuring state-of-the-art facilities, includes 55 courtrooms, record rooms, a library, a conference hall, and a canteen.
The fully air-conditioned building, including its basement, offers parking space for 50 four-wheelers designated for judges, with additional parking under construction for thousands of two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
The complex's aesthetic appeal is enhanced by water fountains and landscaped lawns.
The Construction began in 2017-18, with an initial budget of ₹98 crore, supplemented by an additional ₹70 crore in 2020 for parking facilities.
The project was overseen by Law Minister Pruthviraj Harichandan and Chief Justice of Orissa High Court, Chakradhari Sharan Singh, who visited the site to inspect the progress.
