Rayagada, Jan 6: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for the highly anticipated Rayagada Railway Division project today at 11 am through video conferencing.
The event will be attended by notable dignitaries, including the newly-appointed Odisha Governor Dr. K. Hari Babu, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and several MPs and MLAs from the region.
