Hyderabad, Jan 13: The lead actress of Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, Rashmika Mandanna, is overwhelmed by the positive response of the people towards the movie.
“I’m really happy and grateful that all the hard work that the cast and crew had put in the film, is finally being seen and appreciated by viewers all across the globe,” she said.
“The humongous applause that the film has received shows us that the culture and language barriers are now blurring and fading away.” she added.
She also promised that the sequel of the movie ‘Pushpa: The Rule’, which is expected to go on floors in March this year, will be bigger than ever.
Meanwhile, expressing concern over the rising cases of Covid-19 in the country, the actress also urged the people to follow Covid appropriate behavior including social distancing, usage of masks and sanitizers.
Worth mentioning, the Sukumar-directorial has registered a worldwide collection of Rs 300 crore and became only the sixth South Indian film, and first for Allu Arjun, to have achieved that feat.
‘Pushpa: The Rise’ also beat Thalapathy Vijay starrer Bigil to have its place in the top five South Indian movies at the worldwide Box Office.
