OSRTC launches premium Volvo service on Bhawanipatna-Visakhapatnam route

Bhubaneswar, Nov 13: In a major enhancement to regional travel, the Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) has launched a premium Volvo bus service connecting Bhawanipatna, Odisha, to Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, with a scenic route through Jeypore. This new service is set to redefine comfort and convenience for passengers, offering a luxurious travel experience with modern amenities.
The Volvo 9600 buses, known for their high standards of comfort, will depart daily from Bhawanipatna at 6:30 PM, arriving in Visakhapatnam at 4:30 AM. The return journey departs from Visakhapatnam at 8 PM, bringing travelers back to Bhawanipatna by 6 AM. These timings provide passengers with an efficient overnight journey, maximizing convenience for both work and leisure travelers.
Designed with passenger comfort in mind, these Volvo buses feature semi-sleeper pushback seats, ample legroom, and air conditioning, along with onboard charging points for electronic devices. This OSRTC initiative represents a step forward in luxury public transportation, enhancing travel experiences and connectivity between Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.
