Bhubaneswar, Oct 3: The open-air food court at Infosys Square here in the city has returned back to life after the pandemic. Youth are thronging the food court with friends and colleagues for relief after a day-long workload with a sip of hot beverages or mouth-watering snacks under the open roof. The open-air food court was launched in 2020. However, the Covid pandemic stole its charm a few months after opening. Further, the food court has reopened in a new look with decorative lights and flowers across the court. Besides, two artificial fountains have been created to give a natural feel to the customers. The self-service food center offers an open platform for visitors to buy food from any restaurant of their choice and eat it at the open-air dining tables, which is the first of its kind in Bhubaneswar city. Students, lovebirds, IT professionals, and private sector employees are thronging the Food Court to spend time till late at night. Some people are also coming here to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries while a few others are coming with laptops to work here.
