Cuttack, May 20: Online sale of tickets for Barabati T-20 Match will begin from June 1. Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) has decided it on Friday, in a high level meeting with the sports authorities of Odisha along with all concerned departments. According to the minutes of resolution, elaborate arrangements have been made for India Vs South Africa T20 International Cricket Match which is scheduled on 12th of June 2022 at the Barabati Stadium, Cuttack under the newly installed LED flood light. Know the facts and important information on the International event right here……… 1st International Match in the newly laid Sand Based Out field at Barabati Stadium • The OCA will be using a full ground cover for this match which will cover the entire field of play. Also, Electrical Safety Measures are being carried out and we are in the process of obtaining an Electrical Safety Certificate. • It is noteworthy to mention here that the OCA will be utilizing Fire Tenders, Fire Balls, Fire Blankets and other modern firefighting equipment’s in this match. • Also, it may be intimated that apart from the Inner & Outer Gate there will be few emergency exit gates which can be used in case of any emergency situation. • It maybe intimated that the Commissioner of Police Cuttack-Bhubaneswar has planned a evacuation drill prior to the match, in order to ensure proper evacuation during any emergency. As per the advice of DCP, Cuttack, we will be deploying around 50 G4 S Guards in all gates, they will be present during the entire period at their respective gates with the key and they will be tagged with the Police department. MEDICAL: • AMRI HOSPITAL & ASHWINI HOSPITAL • DISTRICT HEALTH SERVICES • XLS AMBULNACE WILL BE IN PLACE FOR THE TEAMS AND MATCH OFFICIALS • WELL EQUIPPED AMBULNACES WILL BE PLACED AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS FOR SPECTATORS DRINKING WATER AND FOOD FACILITIES: • All the stands will have sufficient numbers of Water Taps. Apart from this adequate water jars will be in place with paper cups for drinking water. • Food Vendors will be in all the stands to provide hygienic food in all stands at a reasonable rate. • The Rate Chart will be displayed at various locations and VENDORS CAN NOT CHARGE MORE THAN THE PUBLISHED RATE. HOUSE KEEPING: • All the Toilets will be repaired and will be properly cleaned and adequate number housekeeping staffs will be deployed along with House Keeping Materials. House Keeping supervisors will be deployed to monitor the service.
