Swaraj took to Instagram to post pictures from the intimate ceremony with the caption, "22.07.2026. Engaged." While the photos captured several emotional moments between the couple, the actor chose not to reveal his fiancée's face, sparking curiosity among fans and followers.

Swaraj Barik is one of the most recognised young actors in the Odia film industry. He began his acting career at the age of three with the Odia television serial Samparka and went on to appear as a child artist in 19 films, including Pahili Raja, Samaya Hatare Dori, Hero, Akashe Ki Ranga Lagila, Pagala Premi, and Suna Chadhei Mo Rupa Chadhei.
