
Bhubaneswar: A 10-members Odisha wheelchair rugby team proceeded to participate in the 7th National Wheelchair Rugby Championship 2025 going on at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh from October 3rd to 5th. More than 10 State teams from across the country are participating in this prestigious championship.
The Odisha team on Friday proceeded here to take part in the event. The championship format includes Pool A and Pool B matches, with the winners advancing to the semi-finals and subsequently competing for the national title in the finals.

Wishing the team success, Kamala Kanta Ratha, President of the Para Sports Association of Odisha, and Sunil Pradhan, Secretary, congratulated the players and expressed confidence that Odisha will once again emerge as champions, as it did last year.
